Abstract: One of the main challenges facing education for sustainable development (ESD) is how we prepare coming generations to deal with value related differences and make agreements and compromises in a democratically responsible way. The purpose of this book is to contribute to this challenge with knowledge and perspectives derived from recent Swedish research.
