Basic terms of Education for Sustainable Development, Good Environment and Good life are defined and justified. Environmental Education is explicitly connected to problems of environment and quality of life. Three basic approaches to problems and issues are defined and justified, examples are from the field of EE. An integrating theory for education (and EE) is presented. A theory of high quality learning is presented. It is shown that high quality learning is central in Continual Quality Improvement It is shown that in long run there are the same interests in that kind of EE which tries to activate the whole community and in Continual Quality Improvement - a movement which tries to activate all organisations to continually improve all products, services and processes, to use less energy and raw materials and pollute less or none. Two quality tools for improved learning, thinking and acting, are presented.
