Zusammenfassung Dieser Artikel kommt dem Mandat der ZEP nach, zeitgemäß die internationalen politischen und wissenschaftlichen Diskussionen im Bereich Bildung und Entwicklung zu beobachten und anzureichern. Angeboten wird ein kritischer Rückblick mit dem Ziel, zentrale Entwicklungen der Vision von Bildung für Alle (Education for All, EFA) in ihrer historisch-systematischen Verortung und konkreten Umsetzung zu skizzieren und perspektivische Überlegungen bis 2030 anzudeuten. Abstract: This article follows the mandate of the ZEP to observe and enrich discussions on international education policy. The authors focus on the development of Education for All (EFA) and put it in a historical context. The aim is to evaluate the implementation of the programme as well as to outline future perspectives till 2030.
