ZusammenfassungIm Rahmen des KMK-Projekts for.mat wurden Materialien und Fortbildungskonzepte für die Fachkonferenzarbeit entwickelt, die Lehrkräft e im Prozess der Implementation der Bildungsstandards unterstützen sollen. Für die Evaluation wurden die Materialien an rheinland-pfälzischen Schulen erprobt. Die in dem Beitrag vorgestellten ausgewählten Ergebnisse der Evaluation beziehen sich auf die Relevanz impliziter Muster der Unterrichtsplanung und die Bedeutung der Heterogenität der Fachkonferenzen.
Working with Educational Standards in Faculty Meetings Results from the Evaluation of the KMK-Project for.mat AbstractWithin the KMK-project for.mat (KMK: Th e Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Aff airs of the Laender in the Federal Republic of Germany), learning material and concepts for professional learning were developed in order to support teachers in the process of implementing educational standards. Th ese materials were tested for evaluation purposes in diff erent schools in Rhineland-Palatinate. Th e selected results of the evaluation study presented in this article refer to the relevance of implicit patterns in lesson planning and the relevance of heterogeneity in faculties.
