In diesem Beitrag wird zunächst der Bedeutung von Akkulturation ftir den schulischen Kontext nachgegangen. Danach werden Konzepte interkultureller Kompetenz vorgestellt und - bezogenauf den Schulkontext - die Notwendigkeit eines Konzepts interkultureller Kompetenz von Organisationen diskutiert.
